The Premium Residence offers relatively large standard rooms in Roi Et, but the bed description and the simple breakfast deserve more attention than the word Premium. Guests have liked its quieter city setting and parking while reporting different experiences of mattresses, bathroom smells and breakfast replenishment. This is a city overnight for separately arranged temple outings, rather than a property at either remote shrine.

01

Choose the bed description as well as the room name

Agoda lists Standard and Standard Twin categories at 31 square metres, while some Double and Double-or-Twin offers show 30 square metres. The explicitly named Twin has two singles. A generic Standard entry instead carries a single-bed label, whereas Trip.com separates a Double with one double bed from a Twin with two singles. These descriptions should not be treated as interchangeable offers.

The useful advantage is a roomy standard category rather than a documented luxury suite. Two friends needing separate beds have a clear reason to prefer the explicit Twin. A couple should choose an offer that actually specifies the shared bed, rather than relying on a photograph attached to the broader Standard name.

02

A quieter city position needs its own arrival plan

The property is described on Rob Mueang Road by Hotels.com and in the Tawapiban area by Agoda. Both identify the same Roi Et residence. An August 2026 Standard guest found the location tucked away from the busiest part of town and easy to miss on first arrival, while appreciating the quieter feeling.

A June 2026 Twin guest found parking convenient but the entrance narrow. A Trip.com account published in March 2026 also praised the neighbourhood and reported using complimentary bicycles. That is a personal experience of a town stay, not proof that bicycle availability continues or that cycling is suitable for the long temple journeys.

03

Breakfast is modest, and its timing can matter

The August guest described the included breakfast as very basic. The June visitor found porridge and bread but said eggs had run out by the time they arrived. A separate March 2026 Standard guest reported a seven o’clock start that did not suit their early onward travel.

Trip.com describes breakfast as available for a fee, whereas some Agoda guests had it included. The offer therefore matters as well as the menu. Someone leaving early for Nong Phok should not assume that the meal will be ready before their departure simply because breakfast appears among the property features.

04

Room comfort has not been identical across stays

The June guest praised spacious, clean rooms and common areas. An April 2026 visitor also liked staff but noticed missed cleaning around edges and corners. In January, a Twin guest reported a toilet smell, limited power outlets and unreliable Wi-Fi in the room used.

An October 2025 Trip.com account described two rooms with different mattress firmness and bathroom smells. Those reports make the actual room important without establishing that every bathroom has a problem. The residence’s larger floor area is a benefit, but it does not answer questions about bedding preference or current maintenance.

05

Keep the city stay separate from the pilgrimage route

Hotels.com gives an arrival window ending at 21:00 and asks late arrivals to arrange instructions, while other listings describe a round-the-clock desk. If the arrival hour is important, obtain a current arrangement rather than combining the most convenient parts of the different descriptions.

Use Premium as a Roi Et city base when parking and a larger ordinary room fit the trip. Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkhon in Nong Phok and Wat Pa Non Sawan in Thoet Thai require separate road planning. Neither is established as an easy walk from this city address.
