Double and Twin do not have identical floor areas
Agoda lists Deluxe Double Bed at 27 square metres with a double bed. The Twin entry is 29 square metres with two singles, and the Suite is 58 square metres with a double. The suite is therefore a more substantial space change than moving between the ordinary Double and Twin.
Trip.com also distinguishes Double, Twin and Suite entries. Its categories should be matched with the actual offer rather than assumed to have every feature shown in a general gallery. For friends sharing, the two-single-bed option may solve the main requirement without paying for a suite intended around one double bed.
A June 2026 Twin guest liked the room’s space and a September 2026 Double guest described a spacious, airy room. Those individual impressions support the ordinary-room option for a short stay, but they do not erase the category differences or promise the same outlook from every room.
The hospital-area address is the central advantage
Several 2026 guest accounts place the hotel opposite Roi Et Hospital and describe food and shops in the surrounding community. For someone with practical business in this part of town, that relationship is a stronger reason to choose it than a generic “near attractions” description.
A temple visitor can also use the city as an overnight base, while recognising that Wat Pa Non Sawan and Chai Mongkhon are separate district journeys. The central address provides ordinary evening conveniences; it is not evidence of a direct shuttle or a short walk to either planned temple.
Cleaning reports are more mixed than one broad rating suggests
The September 2026 Double guest praised the cleanliness and staff. A July 2026 Twin guest, however, noticed dust on the floor and mirrors while finding the bed and towels clean. That is a particularly useful distinction: a positive view of the bedding does not automatically describe every surface.
The June 2026 Twin visitor liked the room overall but wanted cleaner bathroom grouting and a hairdryer. These observations should be treated as room-specific details rather than a checklist of defects guaranteed throughout the hotel. They help set expectations for a functional, established property.
Cooling can be a real room-selection issue
A May 2026 Tripadvisor guest described being unhappy with a hot room and ineffective air-conditioning, then receiving a less sunny room of the same category with much better cooling. That account concerns a specific room change, not proof that every room on one side is preferable.
Trip.com also carries a March 2026 Double guest’s report of weak cooling. For a traveller particularly sensitive to heat, these practical accounts deserve attention alongside the price and central location. The evidence does not establish a newly installed system or a guaranteed uniform performance across the building.
Breakfast and parking need the booked stay’s context
The September 2026 Agoda guest said breakfast was included, and the June visitor liked the meal. Trip.com’s current property description does not consistently promise breakfast, while older guest accounts describe it. Confirm the actual rate inclusion instead of assuming that a meal mentioned in someone else’s package applies to every offer.
The July 2026 Twin visitor regarded parking as sufficient but warned that it could fill later. That is an individual arrival experience, rather than a reserved-space policy. A driver returning after a temple excursion should not treat free parking on a facilities list as an assurance of a particular space.
A useful short stay for the right priorities
The Capital is worth comparing when the central hospital-area location is genuinely useful and the expectation is a simple city hotel. The Suite’s size has a clear purpose for someone needing more indoor room, while the ordinary Twin can suit a short shared stay.
Cooling, bathroom upkeep and meal inclusion remain the main practical checks. For the Isan temple itinerary, arrange the outward road journey and return independently. The city location can help the overnight stay without being made to sound like accommodation at a rural shrine or mountain complex.
