Siamtara Palace Hotel

Compare Siamtara Palace’s Superior and Deluxe room areas with attributed guest accounts of parking, breakfast arrangements and uneven room condition.

Siamtara Palace Hotel offers a clear floor-area difference between its Superior and Deluxe rooms, with Double and Twin arrangements available. Its Maha Sarakham city-area position can work for a driving itinerary, but the guest accounts are more informative about ordinary room comfort and breakfast than about a destination-hotel experience. They include both positive recent stays and an older, sharply critical account of one room.

01

Deluxe adds space; Double and Twin answer another question

Agoda lists Superior Double with Balcony and Superior Twin with Patio at 24 square metres. Deluxe Double and Deluxe Twin are listed at 28 square metres. The Double entries have one double bed and the Twin entries two singles.

The four-square-metre difference gives a concrete reason to compare Deluxe when two people have more luggage or want a little more room. It does not establish that every Deluxe is newly renovated or that a Twin has a different overall footprint from the corresponding Double.

Balcony and patio wording belongs to the specified offers. It should not be transferred to every room simply because a property photograph shows outside space. Trip.com’s broader Superior and Deluxe labels do not provide the same detailed area comparison.

02

Recent praise concerns a straightforward comfortable stay

An October 2026 Superior Double guest liked the room, staff and breakfast. An August 2025 Superior Twin visitor similarly described adequate space for two people, clean bedding and sufficient ordinary facilities.

An April 2025 Twin-with-Patio visitor liked the bathroom, shower pressure, hot water and attentive staff while finding the location less useful for shopping. These are practical details for a room used between outings. They do not make the hotel a central walking base for every part of Maha Sarakham.

03

Read the older housekeeping complaint as a particular stay

A July 2025 Superior Twin-with-Patio guest reported unsatisfactory linen, bathroom cleaning and balcony condition in the allocated room, along with very limited working television channels. The guest also felt that luggage assistance was poor, while acknowledging help from one night staff member.

That account should remain visible beside the more favourable reports. It concerns a room and a stay in 2025; there is no basis for declaring every room dirty or assuming that later positive comments prove every issue was resolved. A traveller with a low tolerance for dated fittings or inconsistent housekeeping may weigh it more heavily than someone making a short driving stop.

04

Breakfast inclusion and its administration are separate

An October 2025 Superior Twin guest had paid for breakfast with the reservation but found the ticket arrangement confusing across different days. They ultimately received the meal without another payment. This was a problem of that stay’s arrangement, not proof of a standing extra breakfast charge.

The October 2026 breakfast praise gives a more recent positive experience, while Trip.com lists food service and a restaurant. The useful expectation is a hotel with a morning meal available under the chosen package, rather than a guaranteed ticket process, menu or inclusion in every room offer.

05

A city-area overnight before a separate Na Dun visit

The address is 185 Moo 14 in Koeng, Mueang Maha Sarakham. Guest reports support considering the hotel when parking and a conventional Double-or-Twin room fit the trip. Its stronger upgrade case is the documented extra floor area, not simply the Palace name.

Phra That Na Dun lies outside this immediate city setting and needs a separate road outing. Arrange that outward and return journey independently of the room choice. Siamtara can support a wider Maha Sarakham stay without being presented as accommodation at the relic monument.
