Mila Garden

Mila Garden review: garden-view rooms with a real size difference, a tucked-away Roi Et position and dated guest accounts of quiet, bedding and air-conditioning.

Mila Garden is a garden-oriented Roi Et stay at 526–527 Tawapiban Soi 2. The practical attraction is a quieter setting with a modest but real increase in space between its Standard and Superior rooms. The position also asks more of the arrival and onward transport plan than a hotel selected for walking around the city centre.

01

The garden-view categories have different footprints

Agoda lists Standard Double and Standard Twin rooms at 24 square metres, with a double bed or two singles respectively. The Double Superior and Deluxe Double entries show 28 square metres and one double bed. All four carry a garden-view description.

The size increase is useful for a couple wanting more room around luggage, while the Standard Twin answers a separate-bed requirement. A view label describes an outlook rather than a guarantee of a private garden entrance or a particular outdoor seating arrangement. No kitchenette is established for these rooms by the general property kitchen listing.

Trip.com also separates Standard and Superior Double categories. Its Superior description includes a refrigerator, television and air-conditioning. These support an ordinary short stay, rather than a promise of the larger facilities of a full-service resort.

02

Quiet is a recurring experience, not a location in the city core

A September 2025 Agoda Double guest described a simple, clean and quiet room. An October 2025 guest also found the setting quiet but tucked away. A Trip.com account published that October separately liked the spacious room and bathroom while finding the mattress firmer than preferred.

Those accounts explain why Mila may appeal to someone who wants to return to a less busy setting after an outing. They do not remove the need for transport into the parts of Roi Et you want to visit. The actual Soi 2 address in Dong Lan is more useful for arrival than a broad City Center tag on a booking site.

03

The maintenance and small-equipment details are worth reading

The October 2025 Agoda guest reported water leaking from the air-conditioner above the bathroom ceiling. They still praised the friendly, helpful staff. That is a specific maintenance experience rather than proof that every room has the same fault or that it continues today.

A March 2024 Trip.com guest liked the atmosphere and cleanliness but wished a kettle, coffee and tissues had been provided. Because that account is older, it should guide a question about present equipment rather than become a claim that these items are never available. Someone who expects to make an early drink in the room should not assume that facility from a general refreshment or kitchen label.

04

Service reports add a useful counterweight

An April 2024 Agoda family guest appreciated the shaded setting and comfortable, small-scale accommodation. The October 2025 guest’s favourable staff comments also show that a practical problem and a positive service experience can occur in the same stay.

The evidence is strongest for room size, garden-facing accommodation and the quieter position. It is weaker as a basis for promising a particular breakfast, continuous taxi service or a particular style of personal attention. None of those should be inferred merely because the property is smaller than a city tower.

05

Use it as a road-based Roi Et overnight

Mila is worth comparing when a garden outlook and a clearer Double-versus-Twin decision matter more than being in the middle of an evening walking district. The 28-square-metre options provide a documented space upgrade; they do not establish a separate suite.

For the sacred-place itinerary, arrange the distinct road journeys to Nong Phok’s Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkhon and to Wat Pa Non Sawan in Thoet Thai. A quieter Roi Et address can support those outings without being described as a hotel next to either monument.
